DELIVERY
Delivery of finished goods will happen when the item is manufactured, and delivered to the address that you provide. Should the address change, please reach out immediately so that it can be adjusted before the product ships.
WAIT TIMES
Custom manufactured goods hold a wait time of between 2 days to 2 months. We aim to dispatch all goods in a timely fashion. All wait times given on the site are estimates. Should something occur to change your wait time in a significant way, Carnal Compendium will reach out to you to inform you of the extended wait. You may also contact Carnal Compendium for further estimates on your wait time.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be offered on used or unpackaged toys.
Inspect all toys thoroughly through the clear bag to verify the integrity of the toy.
Refunds can only be granted on toys that are in their original bag and that original bag is in unsealed condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on refunded and returned toys. Refunds will be applied once the toy is in the seller’s possession and inspected.
UNDISCLOSED FLOPS (TALLYWONKIES)
Undisclosed flops, wherein a flaw is present on a toy that should not have a flaw (toy is not a flop/tallywonky) must be reported within one week of receiving the toy.
A restocking fee may apply to returned or refunded toys.
Flop toys (tallywonkies) cannot be returned or refunded. All sales on flops (tallywonkies) are final.
