Processing times are set to 3-5 business days for premade toys. For custom toys, they ship 3-5 business days after the toy is made.
COMBINING ORDERS
We do not guarantee combination of orders, for one simple reason: Too many refunds can get us booted off of payment providers. We strongly encourage that you have all desired items in your cart when you check out. If a combination is required, please contact us first.
DISCREET PACKAGING
Toys are shipped in a plastic bag, that is wrapped in tissue paper, that is placed on top of a newsprint bottom layer, that is then inside of a plain brown box. Finally, the shipping label contains no business-identifying information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are currently not providing USPS First Class International. The current situation with COVID-19 has caused massive delays in this service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
COVID-19 DOMESTIC DELAYS
All couriers are overloaded given the situation, and packages are taking longer than necessary. Once a package leaves our hands, it is out of our control. We can assist in locating a package, but USPS and other couriers require their own set times for how soon you can inquire about a missing or delayed package. Please have patience and research the solutions available to you.
